Peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan penilaian sikap dengan penilaian autentik komprehensif melalui kegiatan in house training (IHT)
This study aims to improve teachers’ abilities in assessing aspects of students’ attitudes with authenticassessments through in-house training. This research is a school action research (PTS). The researchmethod was carried out through two cycles, carried out at Sindanggalih Elementary School, TasikmalayaCity, for the 2021/2022 academic year. Data obtained through observation and documentation. Theresults of each cycle were analyzed using a descriptive approach, then used as a reference for furtheraction. Based on the data obtained, it is carried out in three stages, namely the preliminary, core, andclosing stages. Trainer skills in implementing in-house training in cycle I is in the high category,namely 60% and has increased to 100% in cycle II. The in-house training model can increase teachers’skills in assessing attitude aspects. This is indicated by the increase in the ability of teachers frombeing able to the very capable category (50%) in cycle I to being in the very capable category (70%)and capable (30%) in cycle II. In-house training can increase teacher competence in carrying outaffective aspect assessments.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melakukan penilaian aspek sikappeserta didik dengan penilaian autentik melalui kegiatan In-House Training. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS). Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui dua siklus, dilaksanakan di SDNSindanggalih Kota Tasikmalaya tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dandokumentasi. Hasil masing-masing siklus dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif, kemudian dijadikanacuan untuk tindakan selanjutnya. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dilaksanakan dengan tiga tahapan,yakni tahap pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup. Kecakapan trainer dalam mengimplementasikan in housetraining dalam siklus I ada di kategori yang tinggi yaitu 60% serta sudah meningkat menjadi 100%pada siklus II. Model in house training bisa menaikkan kecakapan guru menilai aspek sikap. Hal iniditunjukkan dengan peningkatan kemampuan guru dari mampu kategori sangat mampu (50%) padasiklus I menjadi kategori sangat mampu (70%) dan mampu (30%) pada siklus II.
