Peran para wali penyebar Islam di Jawa terhadap runtuhnya kerajaan Majapahit : studi terhadap naskah Badu Wanar dan Drajat /
The introducttion and spread of Islam all over Jawa is believed to be accomplished by the nine saint [Wali Songo] around fifteenth to sixteenth centuries. Four of them settled in East Java: Sunan Ampel, Sunan Giri, Sunan Drajat, and Sunan Bonang. Three of them resited in Central Java: Sunan Kudus, Sunan Muria and Sunan Kalijaga. While two other Walis inhabited in West Java: Sunan Gunung Jati and Siti Jenar. One of the most famous writen traditions explaning the nine saints of Java is Babat Tanah Jawi. There are, except Babat Tanah Jawi, Some other related written traditions corcerning the same topics, but very litle is known due to the fact that they are scattered among the society. It is because this reason that the research on texts Badu Wanar and Drajat was conducted. One of the most important issues raised in this research is that: were the nine saints involved in the invasion of Demak kingdom to Mojopahit? ...@syur
