The objective of this research was to find out the effect of separation of sperm by using percoll gradient density centrifugation on the of reactive oxygen species [ROS] production and the damage integrity of spermatozoa menbrane of swamp buffalo. The sperm of the research was a labolatory study using a true experimental design, used swamp boffalo. The sperm were devided into 3 groups i.e [no centrifugation/control; percoll density gradient centrifugation for 5 minutes and percoll density gradient centrifugation for 10 minutes]. Subsequently a determination of ROS production and damages membrane integrity of sperm. The collected data in this research were analyzed by using analysis of variance and regression analysis.het.
