Persepsi pengembangan karir dan kecenderungan turnover pada karyawan yang bekerja pada public service corporate :
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between perception of carrier development and tendency to turnover. The study was a field research which data collected through scale of perception of carrier development and scale of turnover. The subject were employees of PT. Telekomunikasi indonesia Divisi Regional I Sumatera [Medan], ones of public servise in Medan. The number of subject was 86. The result show that was a negative correlation between perception of carrier development and tendecy to turnovert [rxy=0.239,p0.05]. The correlation indicated that the positive of perception of carrier development, the lower of tendency to turnover. In addition, the finding also shows there were 1)a significant difference in tendency to turnover based on age [F.
