This research would try to hold the problem of transparency in NGO. The method applied case study, literary study, and in depth interview. Based on research, it is indicated that NGO must have 1)clearly mission, 2)empowerment, 3) fix indicator. The principle of good faith has support human resources morality in NGO so always trusted in duties. Monitoring fuction is needed to control fund allocation, transparency and good faith application. NGO must have a goodresponbility in order to survive the community interest. NGO is non profit oriented organization, it must firstly do the consumer community interest.yo.
