Tutorial semi blok mahasiswa D2 PGTK dalam pendidikan tinggi jarak jauh :
This article is written based on the research about tutorial. The research is aimed to uncover student's perception of the effectiveness of face to face tutorial with semi block system conducted in UPBJJ-UT Pangkal Pinang at the first semester of 2007. Date were gathered from 114 respondents using questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive analysis. The research found that Student have no difficulties in comprehending learning materials given in semi block tutorial system, in following the semi block tutorial system. Student's concentration was not maximum because they were exhausted from the heavy workload. The tutorial semi block system is more effective for delivering conceptual learning materials rather than for practical learning materials. In student opinion, reguler tutorial which is conducted 8 times in two monts is more effective than semi block tutorial system.ifa.
