Cash religious endowment is animed at collecting enduring fund from the Islamic community which is useful for the benefit of Islamic communities' welfare. It is a fact that land and building endowment, however, has not been socialized well whereas, in fact, it provides unlucky Moeslems with good opportunities to do alms giving which bring continuous merit. The Moeslems could give a religious endowment only by buying a piece of cash endowment certificate published by a waqf institution.
